Hi, I'm Tina Finn, a Life Strategist.  My office is located in Riverside County, with my office in the Temecula/Murrieta area. I will partner with you on your journey to discover your greatest life, through strategic thinking, planning, action and accountability.

 

I am a Strategist because my clients go beyond where they thought they were capable through systems of strategic thinking, intuitive insight and structured coaching processes.  More than single areas in your life are transformed.  My clients find my system very rewarding.   

 

Throughout my life many have referred to me as a "Leader".  Although, I do not necessarily desire to take lead of anyones life, I have found my passion in building, strengthening and empowering others to find the dynamic leader within themselves.  We are all leaders.  The question is, how well will you lead?  It is my goal and my passion to assist you in leading a powerful life of your chosing and structure your success as a dynamic leader in the lives of those around you in business as well as personal relationships. 

 

I will encourage you to take action to reach your goals and provide you with specific tools and techniques to be successful.  Together, we will bridge the gap between where you are today and where you truly want to be.   You will move forward and reach your next level of potential.

 

My Background

For more than 20 years I have specialized in Advertising, Sales and Marketing, assisting in the growth of many businesses, owning my own advertising agency and working as Marketing Director and Spokes Person for a regional Chevrolet Dealership. I was the Spokes Person for a Nevada resort/hotel casino for three years.  My Business Development skills were further refined while working for ABC, ESPN and MTV network affiliates and as a Senior Account Manager for a regional advertising agency. I've developed success stories for multiple small businesses.

 

I received my Coaching certifications and training through iPEC Coaching, accredited by the largest governing body in the industry, the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  I further developed my skills in Core Energy Leadership, to best meet the needs of my clients and the largest percentage of the population, having a desire to make real and sustaining improvements toward success in their lives.   My certifications also include study in Hypnotism holding my certificate in Hypnosis, including a more in-depth study in human intellect and spirituality.  I also hold the Credentials of Ministry as an Ordained Minister and have spent more than 18 years in biblical study, defining terms, doctrine and theology.
